Participants and Groups in Vitoria

1st European Futnet Championship for women and juniors in single, double and triple will take place on 4 and 5 June 2011 in Vitoria, Basque Country. This important event will count with the participation of eight countries in women’s category and seven among juniors.

Host of 1st EC for women and juniors

The country that will have the honour to inaugurate our new section is a complete newcomer on the FutNet scene, but one of the most active members since their accession to EFTA. At the same time, it is a country where 1st European Championship under the auspices of EFTA is going to take place on 4 and 5 June. And with all this we suppose you already know that we are talking about BASQUE COUNTRY.

Austria – new EFTA member

We would like to share with you the great news that as of 29 April 2011, EFTA family has a new member – Austrian Futnet Association (ÖFTV). With this step Austria has returned to international FutNet structures. The president of the Austrian Association, Mr Thomas Lercher, sent in the the necessary documents – EFTA Ethical Charter and a copy of the registration of their Association in Austria – and paid EFTA membership fee for 2011. This way Austria met all EFTA’s conditions and their entry as a provisional EFTA member was approved by EFTA Executive Board.

1st European FutNet Championship for Women and Juniors

On 4 and 5 June 2011, the capital of the Basque Country, Vitoria, will host 1st European FutNet Championship for Women and Juniors organised by European FutNet Association (EFTA) and Basque FutNet Association (AVAFUT).

Futnet tournament in Belgium

All futnet fans are cordially invited to Flanders Tennis-Foot Cup in Lokeren, Belgium on 11 and 12 June 2011 organised by the former professional footballer Mr Kenny Verhoene from Flanders Soccer Events.

Invitation sent out to 1st Men’s European Futnet Championship

The invitation has been sent out to 1st Men’s European Futnet Championship under EFTA’s auspices that will take place in Corte, Corsica (France) on 7 and 8 October and is organised by French Futnet Federation.

2nd International Futnet Camp for Pupils and Women

Czech FutNet Association, EFTA member, in cooperation with sports club TJ Slovan Chabařovice (CZ) has sent out the invitation to 2nd International Futnet Camp for Pupils and Women between 1 and 6 August 2011 in Chabařovice, Czech Republic. First edition of the camp, held in Chabařovice on 26 – 31 July 2010, was very successful and counted with the participation of children and women from Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Switzerland.

Czech Open 2011

The competition series Tipgames Czech Open 2011 is entering its final stage. Four of the five scheduled tournaments have already taken place and the last one will be held on 7 May in Košice (Slovakia).
