Third and last installment of the series talks about the meeting and a joint training of the EFTA General Secretary and the English delegates with the representatives of the Irish Futnet Association.

Danish futnet team in Paris

On 11 November four Danish futnet players arrived in Paris for a five-day training trip. The trip was hosted by the French team G.I.F.T. who visited Denmark last summer. The partnership between the two teams started at the UNIF Founding Cup in December 2010.

The visit of EFTA General Secretary and representatives of English futnet to Belfast continued on 18 November with the meeting with the key persons in the introduction of futnet in Northern Ireland.

Between 17 and 20 November EFTA General Secretary visited Belfast and Dublin where she met with the representatives of Northern Ireland, Ireland and England to talk about the current and future futnet plans and activities on the British Isles.

2nd round of Northern Ireland Futnet League (NIFTL) is taking place this Sunday, 30 October, in Belfast with the participation of eight teams. Will the Mayo team from Ireland repeat its victory?

What’s new in Denmark?

Though futnet is a relatively new sport in Denmark, it is getting more and more popular, especially thanks to the enthusiasm of a women’s team from Copenhagen and their coach Pavel Masek, a Czech expat, who introduced them to this game.
